I am the founder and national director to the organization, I handle the knowledge based inputs to prop up developmental interventions aimed at holistic development of the organization. I smooth the progress of long term, short term plans, annual action plans, training plans, project formulations and capacity building for the organization and its associates. My functions show a silent majority in perpetuation of Information and Communications Technology Enabled Services, microfinance endorsement and facilitation of credentials, management information system, financial management, donor service reporting and publishing of annual reports. I lay down the connections for human resources development and facilitation of action research, monitoring and evaluations, impact assessment studies and social audit for the organization’s subsidiaries and its associates.

I am the founder and COO of the organization, I create a clear vision that is shared with others in order to provide unity within the organization; with the singular vision I have to make sure that my coworkers/ associates understand the vision and are inspired by it. I am deeply committed to the mission and the context in which the organization operates, my role also entails hiring and managing the rest of the staff excluding the board of directors. My responsibilities also include; motivating employees by being inspiring and remaining optimistic even when challenges are being faced, encouraging good performance and values, advocating and embracing change and being a leader by setting high standards and living by these standards, mentoring and instilling hope in coworkers and followers, and making hard decisions and critical choices.

I am the President cum Chief Administrative Officer to the organization, my principal role is to manage and to provide leadership to the executive council members of the organization. I am accountable to the council and acts as a direct liaison between the council and the management of the organization, through the executive director and I act as the communicator for council decisions where appropriate. More specifically, my duties and responsibilities are; to keep abreast generally of the activities of the organization and its management, to ensure that the council members are properly informed and that sufficient information is provided to enable the council members to form appropriate judgments, to develop and set the agendas for meetings of the executive committee and to act as chair at meetings of the committee.
