"Worries which rots one"

These times are wham times of worry warts, a worry can skid by one’s thinking. I knew I worry a lot, somebody must, and perhaps somebody should. But it is intelligent who worries about the things like life-works and posture towards life.
Well yet, think over your list of acquaintance worries, don’t you know few? You might be dogged because you do not want to pay attention to them, by the same token, you may not have grit to take them granted. Hitherto, what talk of your worries, do you? Think of these liabilities through which one shall carry worry on himself;
He who endangers his health. He who weakens gradually his confidence. He who wastes time, his own and his listeners. He who becomes a diviner of doom. You can probably add to that list at the least one, but cannot you make ahead faster without any of those reactions? You can certainly, by avoiding becoming a worry wart. If you are with worries, do not let them hold you back. To cure yourself from worries ask yourself, what was I worrying about – this time – last month? Reject all the worries you cannot do something about. Cover yourself from drives of depression, because a depression is great plague for your posture towards life. Cover yourself with work, because work is the great antidote to worry. If you are the one worrying about something just like work, try loosing yourself in it and too try a bit of buoyancy. Cover your worries by questioning yourself, why should I worry, why should I fret, neither ever got me anything yet? Never say I am worried about this, such words leads you downhill. There are two days in a week never to worry about, one is yesterday the other is tomorrow. Why let you talk of worries which slow you down, on your way to the top.
